Look: Dense buds with a medium to dark green colouration. Nice coating of trichomes covering the buds completely. Slightly loose trim job although most of it is sugar leaf so not a deal breaker.
Smell: Nice floral scent with a pungent, gassy overtone. Notes of diesel, earth, moss and fruit can be smelled. Once broken up a bit, this stuff is really dank.
Taste: Taste is mainly pungent and earthy with a bit of fuel and pine. The fuel taste merges with a kind of mollasses flavour and produces a very nice combo. Decent taste overall
Cure / Flush: Burned to a light grey ash. Not perfect but pretty solid flush. Like the other strains we’ve reviewed, the cure is really great. Nice consistency and moisture levels.
Buzz: Decent indica buzz that provides a good amount of relaxation without too much couchlock or sleepiness. Perfect mid to late day smoke.
The Krav AM Lolipops were a nice treat. The flavour is solid and not too overpowering – mostly tastes like natural red grapes. Slight bitter aftertaste, most likely due to the edibles being made from BHO or some other extract rather than distillate. Buzz is fairly uplifting and lasts a good amount of time. As far as dosage goes we’d say it’s fairly accurate.
Look: Medium amber colour with a slightly murky appearance, this terp sauce is really nice. Syrupy texture that’s easy to work with.
Smell: The smell is super pungent and sour, with some floral and woody notes. Really hits you hard in the back of the nose. Very satisfying aroma which carries over to the taste perfectly.
Taste: Excellent terpene profile with the primary tastes being that of sour candy and fruit with a subtle damp earth undertone.
Purge: Nothing to complain about. The product is purged well and makes for some smooth dabs. No contaminants or residuals.
Buzz: Provides a nice, balanced high that leaves you mellow and relaxed yet still able to get your tasks accomplished. Does wonders to improve your mood and state of mind. Would recommend to anybody suffering from depression, anxiety or just looking to de-stress at the end of the day
Look: Made up of dense, light green nugs with a decent trim. Little sugar leaf here and there, but nothing to complain about. A thick layer of trichomes blanket the herb from top to bottom.
Smell: This stuff smells really nice! Lemons and pineapple are the main drivers here, with some floral and earthy notes.
Taste: Thick and pungent tokes with a nice fruity taste overall. Flavours of blueberries and pineapple with a slight earthiness to it. Decent stuff overall!
Cure / Flush: Cure is really nice, buds snap from the stem and break apart nicely. Flush could be improved a little bit although it wasn’t terrible. Burned evenly to a mid grey ash.
Buzz: Uplifting sativa heavy buzz that lasts a good amount of time. Leaves you feeling enlightened and focused. Great day time herb or for those suffering from depression or a lack of energy.
Look: Super dank looking buds that are rock solid. Colour is dark green with some purple hues. Caked in trichomes and made up of mostly mid to large size pieces, the bag appeal for the Black Diamond is great.
Smell: The scent is very sour with notes of berry and black licorice. Nice terpene profile overall with an emphasis on sour fruit.
Taste: Tasty herb with a sour, earthy flavour overall. Primarily blueberry, blackberry and earth. This stuff is hard hitting yet a little bit harsh.
Cure / Flush: Flush is a little bit off with this strain. Burns to a light to mid grey ash with a few hot spots. Cure is excellent, buds have a perfect consistency and moisture content.
Buzz: Moderately strong indica buzz that leaves you completely relaxed with a solid body stone. Recommended for night time use and for those dealing with sleep disorders or anxiety
Look: This shatter is medium amber in colour with a glass like consistency. It accidentally got left in a hot car for a few days and ended up melting in the glass jar, but it’s still fairly easy to work with.
Smell: Faint fruity aroma that comes out when dabbed. Most of the terps are locked up in the shatter. It’s some stable stuff
Taste: Good terpene profile when dabbed at a fairly low temp, around 330F. Tastes mostly of fruit with a heavy, dank flavour as well.
Purge: Clean dabs with no residues or contaminants. Really smooth shatter, not much else to say about it.
Buzz: Solid indica buzz that leaves you feeling relaxed & sleepy. Quite heavy in the eyes and provides a nice amount of couchlock. Recommended for night time smoking sessions!
This is actually some really solid tea. Coming from a family of tea lovers, we’re impressed by the quality of the tea and overall product. Taste is cool and fresh, not much else to say about it. It’s a really solid entry level edible product, having only 10mg of THC per serving. The tea bags that come included in the package are perfect if you don’t have a steeper to use. We found steeping it in water at around 90 degrees Fahrenheit resulted in a very tasty cup.
Look: This batch of grand daddy purple is made up of big, chunky nugs with a good density to them. Covered in trichomes and a mix of yellow / red pistils, the bag appeal is great.
Smell: The scent is mostly earth and berries with some grape thrown into the mix. The grape really shines through when you grind it up a little bit.
Taste: Heavy earth taste with a somewhat harsh hit. Mostly earth, although there’s some notes of fruit – notably plums and mixed berries.
Cure / Flush: The cure on this Grand Daddy Purple flower is superb. Nugs snap nicely from the stem and break apart evenly. Great moisture content. The flush could certainly improve a bit with this one as well, although it’s not too bad. Burns to a light to mid grey ash.
Buzz: Immediately after exhaling, you can feel a wave of relaxation and stress relief come over you. Very nice indica heavy buzz making this a solid choice for night time or for those suffering from anxiety, lack of appetite or sleep disorders.
