Customer support here is awful. If you have a problem they repeatedly try to blame you. “The problem must be on your end”. Stay clear if you ever have an issue. Takes numerous numerous emails to finally get a response!

Do not order from these potheads! They will take your money in advance , not ship your item out that’s in stock for 2 weeks, and then offer no delivery updates or support when it comes to getting your product. I contacted them saying that my item hasn’t been delivered after 3 weeks and that if they could offer no help that I would need to speak to management and they said they don’t take kindly to blackmail and deleted my account so I am unable to even look up my order on their website. They made it look like it never existed!! When I emailed back for support about a refund after them deleting my account without my approval they ignored my emails. I am now without my order and without customer support or a refund! They don’t answer their phones and they will take your money and wish you good luck getting your order !

Both times I ordered and paid these guys it was a disaster… First time I paid for a Christmas calendar and a moon rock, the moon rock was not in the order, upon contacting them I was informed that they were out of stock and put my money in a credit on my account, so I lost the discount I was expecting. So I have ordered again, to use up my credit, and paid for some weed and 2 moon rocks. Well instead of receiving a package Mercedes calls me and tells me my order will not be shipped for 2 to 5 days. I have waited over two weeks and no word saying order is in the way, so I wrote to them and got an automated response saying that Mercedes is on holidays and I am guessing I will have to wait till she gets back. All I want is all I paid to them but it seems they are unable to satisfy this customer
GOOD BYE COAST 2 COAST Once we are squared off $$$ I will not be ordering ever again
